Processing and Preorder Times

Some Tide & Hooked products and sizes are available in stock, while others may be available for preorder.

In-stock items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Preorder items: Please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for stock to arrive and your order to be dispatched. Estimated preorder timeframes may vary slightly due to supplier or freight delays.

If your order contains both an in-stock item and a preorder item, the complete order may be shipped together once all items are available. Please contact us before ordering if you would prefer available items shipped separately, as additional postage charges may apply.

Shipping Times

Shipping begins once your order has been produced and dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Australia: 3–10 business days
New Zealand: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Items

As products are fulfilled by our print partner, items in the same order may arrive separately.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
