At Tide & Hooked, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at tideandhooked@outlook.com so we can help.

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return and exchange policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No Worries!

We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, subject to stock availability 

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase required.

If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer store credit instead.

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns do not include items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer or returned in an unsuitable condition.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return postage for approved change-of-mind returns and exchanges.

Our change of mind return policy is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Where required by law, we will cover reasonable return postage costs for faulty products.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
