Made-To-Order Products
All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Size Exchange Policy (Apparel Only)
We understand sizing can sometimes vary. We offer one (1) size exchange per order under the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Proof of condition may be required (clear photos)
Exchange Terms:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A reprint fee may apply to cover production costs.

Only one exchange per item is permitted.

We do not offer exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected without checking size chart

Sale/discounted items

Multiple exchange requests for the same order

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Exchange instructions will be provided once approved.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds.
If an order is returned to us, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
